overall career experience is about 23 years, Specialized in HR & Marketing. He has attended and
organized various Conferences, Workshops, Symposiums, Trade Fairs, FDPs, etc., as a convener,
coordinator, and resource person. He is actively engaged in the training, counselling, and mentoring
of both students and staff. He has published 41 articles under various titles in referred journals
both National and International. He has guided 11 Ph.D. scholars and 3 M.Phil. scholars.
