Dr. P. Ayyappan is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management of Erode Arts and Science College. He did his MBA from University of Madras, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2004 and 2013 respectively. He is an academician having more than 22 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industrial experience. Under his guidance, 7 M.Phil. scholars and 3 Ph.D. scholars have completed their research programmes.

He is a profile writer and a keen researcher, he has written twenty-eight books in the field of Management, Computer Science and Psychology. He has contributions several research papers and articles.
Dr. S. M. Jayasudha is Assistant Professor of Business Management in Erode Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Erode, Tamilnadu. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and three years in research. Her areas of interest include Financial Management and Entrepreneurship. As a true academician, she has published several research papers and articles in various national and international journals and has presented several papers at national and international forums on various emerging areas of business management.
Dr. R. Vanathi is Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Business Management, Erode Arts and Science College (Autonomous) Erode-09 with 20 years of experience. She holds Master degree in Management as well Corporate Secretaryship. She has qualified doctoral degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has published 20 research papers in referred journals.
Dr. N. A. Murugayal is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management, Erode Arts and Science (Autonomous), Erode. Her qualifications are MBA, M.Phil. PGDCA. She is also qualified SET and NET in the Field of Management. She is having 16 years of teaching experience. She published many articles in national and international journals.
Dr. S. Ponmalar is working as an Associate Professor in Department of Business Administration at Tiruppur Kumaran College for Women, Tirupur. She has done MBA, M.Phil., Ph.D., MSW, PGDCA., and received her Ph.D. degree from Bharathiar University. Her voice echoes in the classroom as a teacher for 22 years. She has published many articles under various titles in referred journals at National and International level.
Dr. P. Sathya Assistant Professor of Commerce, Erode Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Erode, with a massive experience of Twelve years. To speak about awards and accolades she was Awarded with “Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Professor Award - 2021” from Puducherry Research Institute of Management Education & Science (PRIMES) in Collaboration with The International Internship University. She has published many articles under various titles in referred journals both in National and International. She has produced 12 M.Phil. scholars.
Dr. B. S. Arun is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of English, Erode Arts & Science College, Erode since 6 years. Formerly he had worked as an Assistant Professor in self-financing college and acquired a total of 11 years of teaching experience. He has also taught American Literature, Commonwealth Literature and Research Methodology for the post graduate students. He has published 9 papers in peer reviewed referred journals.

Saravanakumar is working as Assistant Professor, PG and Research Department of Economics, Erode Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Erode, Previously, he was worked as an Assistant Professor of Economics, Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, Pollachi and Kaamadhenu Arts and Science College, Sathyamangalam, Erode. He is having 13 years of Teaching and Research experience. His areas of specialization are Industrial Economics and Econometrics.
Dr. C. Aruljothi, serving as Assistant Professor, in Department of Economics, Erode Arts and Science College, Erode, Tamil Nadu. She has participated and presented more than 45 papers in the national and international conferences and published 17 articles in the international and National journals. Organised three conferences at National Levels. She has published a book on Pilgrimage Tourism Socio-Economic Analysis

Completed Post Graduate in CBM College of Arts and Science, M.Phil. in Alagappa University and Ph.D. In CMS College of Science and Commerce part time research scholar, Bharathiar University. Dr. M. Saravanan has currently worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of International Business at PSG College of Arts & Science. He is a prolific writer and has to his credit more than a hundred research papers and articles spanning over Management, Commerce, Logistics and Marketing.
