  Dr. K. Raja Rajeswari is working as Associate Professor, Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Hindusthan College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. She was received her Ph.D degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and Post Graduate Diploma holder in Computer Applications. Her voice echoes in the class room as a teacher for last 14 years. She has produced 5 M.Phil and guiding 2 Ph.D. research scholars during her service so far. She has published many articles under various titles in refereed journals both National and International.

  Dr. M. Devarajan, MCS, MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D, PGDCA is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Erode Arts and Science College. Erode.   Dr. Parasakthi is an associate professor with 19 years of experience, who is Specialized in Marketing and Law. At present she is working as the Head - Department of Corporate Secretaryship in Dr N.G.P Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. She completed her B.C.S (Corporate Secretaryship) M.C.S and M.Phil. from Dr. NGP arts & science College, Coimbatore, and Ph.D. from Erode Arts & Science College, Erode.   Dr. P. Felcy Christinal is an Assistant Professor with 15 years of teaching experience, who is Specialised in Corporate Laws and Accountancy. At present she is working as the Assistant Professor in Department of Commerce in Dr. G.R.D. College of Science, Coimbatore.
